I carry one on a keychain that is a spark plug gapper, points setter, and screwdriver. It is round, and the size of a half US
dollar. The edge tapers from about .010 to .050. my first was the style of the pictured one, but it was taken away from me as
being a dangerous knife like device, when going through an early preflight TSA check. No argument was allowed, or I was going back
the way I came. Jim

Still got the one I got for Christmas as part of a Craftsman screwdriver set some time in the 80's. Still have some of the screwdrivers as well, though the usual attrition of 30-odd years of use has thinned them down somewhat.

They issue one of those Craftsman 4 in 1 screwdrivers to us at work. We carry tour keys with a nice, big copper tag that works great to open a 600V motor control center door, but that is not recognized as the proper tool for the job, so we have to use the 4 in 1. They will tighten a hose clamp in a pinch, too.

I still have the original one included when I bought a screwdriver set from Sears yearssssssssssssssssss ago
