What kind of saw is this?

Found this with the wife's granpa's old tools. Obviously the handle is wrong but I'm thinking pruning saw.

My grandpa had one. Thinking it was used for notching out rafters and other overhead stuff except the teeth look tall and wide like a rip saw or limb saw.

I didn't get a clear picture. It has teeth like a crosscut saw on one side and like a coarse handsaw on the other.
