Super A brakes Clutch

Getting ready to take my '47 Super A into the shop for a brake and clutch replacement. First I have to move it so it can be loaded up and hauled to the shop. It runs great but the shaft from the clutch pedal to the linkage rod is not working. Can't figure out how to remove the pedal/shaft so I can either repair it or replace it. It was fine when I put it away for the season but when I had to remove the battery box to put in a new battery I forced the clutch pedal down to get the box out and might have broken something. That is one problem. Now this tractor has an IH 1000 loader and I don't have the strength or where-with-all to remove it. I'm hoping the shop can do it or even better be able to split the tractor by disconnecting the loader attaching bolts in order to do the clutch replacement.
Any suggestions?
Thanks-
