Starter armature rewinding, truck starter armature rebuild'n


I watched them reline clutches, grind flywheels and repair a broken truck axle housing. Being in the automotive trade I see them do tips I have learned thru the years that has became distinct. When they rebuild a clutch they lay it on a differential ring gear while working on it they run their thumb/finger around the circumference of the disc ring gear. I always laid it on a flywheel I gotta get me a ring gear : ) I know what they are doing does anyone else know. I could watch them work all day. YTOSHA Where are you at.
