Is it too good to be true?

I keep seeing this ad on Youtube for ABTXLE club that has a 400+ Craftsman tool set for about $65. Is this legitimate or is that too good to be true?

What really catches my eye is the prices on Dewalt and Milwaukee battery tools.
 
Be real careful. Last Oct. we bought 4 pair of LL Bean winter boots off of an add on Facebook Marketplace and ended up with a cheap pair of IPhone earbuds from China. Not sure, but I think my wife said we got our money back.
 
Ive bought Dewalt power tools online that were rebuilt in Mexico and have no warranty. Tool looked new but was not quite perfect in operation and its something to look out for. so make sure tools are not rebuilds.
 
If you Google the address 603 SE 38th Street ,Lawton,Oklahoma,73501,US, you will find that it is a vacant lot. I don't see any tools.
 
On Ebay, there are some too good to be true Dewalt batteries for sale. The first picture is a true Dewalt one. The other pictures are a cheap off brand one.
