I thought I would post this pic here since so many gave me such good advice in looking at welding tables. The top is 3/8" which is the thinnest I would consider. I looked at a lot of brand new 3/16" tables up to 1/4" but passed on them all. This one has some really big steel casters. Must be 2-3" width on them and it rolls nicely with some effort. 48" square top. Weighs enough that the tractor was a little tippy with it on the forks but we got it into the shop and wiped the snowflakes off the top. It was $150 and I figured for that price I could put thicker top on it some day and still be doing good. It has four clean holes where a vice was mounted on the corner. Drove thru a lot of mud to get there but took a different route home. That's why the table is clean but the trailer is such a mess.
