Keen Kutter sharpening stone

I have found two Keen Kutter sharpening stone frames i need a parts manual or if someone has one that can email me pictures i would deeply apericate it i can not find any numbers on the frames you sit on the frame and turn the stone with foot pedals any help would be thankful.
 
Is this one of those 100 year old pedal stones like every farm had? I rebuilt one of them for my neighbor.
 
My neighbor found this in the end of a dirt floor shed of his dads. Had been run into and smashed flat with the legs and pedals rusted away in the dirt.

gab yes that is excalty what i have THANKS for the pictures i am missing the parts that hold the shaft for the wheel if you or anyone has these parts i would like to buy them THANKS again for the pictures.
 
I found the date and manufacture on this one, think the date was December 1913 or 1915. I remember writing it down but who knows where. The date was on one side of the frame on top that holds the drip can..
