Sounds like you're making good headway on your project. I don't have the exact seal numbers for the XL-12 but I was running a search myself earlier today and I'll put a link here to the discussion. If the link doesn't come up "live" you'll need to copy and paste it into the browser on a new page. It is an interesting discussion, however, it appears that the XL-12 seal dimensions aren't as easy to cross over as that of the smaller Homelites. If I find better references I'll pass them onto you. Please post on here how you make out getting results. I'm sure your saw will run like new once you put the new seals into it. Wishing you the best - Eric

I think I found the seal you need, SKF 6119. Just make sure the size would be the same on the other side. I'll include the link on this seal where the dimensions are listed.

The part number for the seal is 12282-A. I had no trouble looking it up but the two sited for homelite parts that I tried are both out of stock. There are some on ebay.
