Fergi TED 20 Crank shaft chain wheel 1951

I am replacing the crankshaft chain wheel. the new one is correct by part no. 825169M1 but differs from original.
The dia. of end that fits inside oil seal is 5mm to big.
It has two woodruff key recesses opposite each other, whereas the original has only one.
Can any of you shed any light on this anomaly please.
Also while I am here.
Why does the crankshaft have two woodfruff key recesses (in line).
