trail camera is it a tool?

when I turm my trail camera on after getting it set up it goes off .anyone know why?

Do you mean it turns itself back off, or it takes a picture?

Mine usually takes a picture of my motion while I'm turning it on.

maybe that normal, if it takes motion to set it off.if it does it only once then dont worry about it,... its working.

We have trouble with the battery contacts on our Bushnell's, they need cleaning often.
