Wyss snips or at least fairly accurate copies . The best available of the so called aviation snips here in Australia .
The tool of choice for any plumber .
The handles are usually color coded , red for right hand cuts , green for left , yellow for straight and blue for stainless steel or other tough metals .

I've been doing, part time, home heating business since '83. I also do sheet metal fabrication.
I have many different makes and types of snips.

Are any of yours stainless steel ? I thought that was odd and what sold me on them .Also when they close tiny serrations at
the edge of the shear mesh together perfectly, little fine teeth .

The serrations are a feature of the WISS brand , I spelled it incorrectly in the first post .
I have nine or ten pairs I have collected over the years , they seem to last forever as long as you lubricate the edges every now and again .

The Portuguese have made imitations of them for sometime now . There is nothing to show that they are not as good if not a little better than the originals .

Any WISS or other quality snips I have seen had the manufacturer's name or trademark on them. No name or mark says they are copies to me. JMHO
