PTO generator

I am not that bad Scott am I

If you want to throw your money away. Buy the Genajunk unit. They have short production sales. Little to no support. Hard to get anyone to work on one. Parts can be hard to find. You never know who really made it.

Pincor has always had a good name.

The units are generic . 540 to 1800 gearboxes are every where . As are seals, bearings and brushes . Voltage regulators and excitation control is also generic off the shelf components.

Not to step on Billy's toes, but we have a 25kw Onan on propane, has been needed once in the last 5 months that its been installed, ran about 3-4 hours, but runs an hour every other sunday.

The problem I have with the new Onan/Cummins units. Is anything below 20 KW is 3600 rpm units. They have a lot of problems. From what I have been hearing and from request for help I get.I have seen more people buying the old 1800 units and updating them.

Bob, I have had a Winpower 25kw probably 20 years now. At farm retirement auctions in my area, Winco and Winpower are usually the brands I see.

Mike

I have a Winpower 25/15. 25 KW intermittent, 15 KW constant. Is yours the same, or 25 KW constant? From the looks of this Pincor, the 25 must be intermittent. It looks very much the same size as my Winpower.
