Tool for refacing the valve seat on plumbing fixtures.

We need a size reference. It could be the faucet repair tool, (reasonable), but does the milling cutter fit into the sleeve, and does it stick out when in place? Hand turned cutters are common for brass resurfacing. The seat refinishing tools I have have 5 or 7 cutters to leave a clean surface. Jim

I It's a tip nip, used for squaring up a cutting torch tip.

Since you are/were a diesel mechanic, I'm going to guess a tool for resurfacing an injector seat. What engine I would have no idea.
