Hello,

I am working on a bird bath. I grooved
it out and now I need to patch it.

I think its made put of plaster of some
sort. I have some furnace cement, I
will try some of that

Guido.

Hello janicholson,

That may work too! The product I have is for furnaces and high heat rated. Got a lifetime worth. I use it in my fire bricks to bridge gaps, and it works good,

Guido.

I'd go for the Bondo too. The furnace cement I use on the coal stove needs to be brought over 300F to fully cure. Bet the Bondo would stand up better in an exterior application as well.
