Flat-faced hydraulic quick connect leak

I have a skid steer that I recently purchased a snow blade that can be angled hydraulically with the auxiallery hydraulics of the machine. I have noticed that the female flat-faced quick connect leaks while in use. I have replaced the female and the leak continues. Does the male end of the quick connect also need replacement even if it is brand new?

It is sometimes very difficult to tell if it is the male or the female coupler that is leaking. When you connect these couplers you really need to be sure and push them straight in and not at an angle. There are some very thin o rings that can get cut easily.

With that being said I have replaced a countless number of couplers on attachments and the ones on the bobcats as well. To me they don't hold up like 'tractor style' couplers.

If the male end is new take it back.
That is a rubber seal inside the male end that can go bad, it's a special designed o-ring that's a pain to replace, you have tp push in on the center of the coupler while digging the out seal out and installing the new one.

Does the female end have a cover to keep it clean? A little dirt can make them leak. I have to take a little paint brush and some diesel to clean mine before I hook up.
