When a leaf blower is faster and less work
cvphoto41150.jpg

Cold outside so I had to invent something to do, cleaned car and truck.

Leaves from the gum tree in the street outside our home made their way into the ventilation system of my Land rover. They made a huge noise rubbing against the fan .
I blew them out by using the blower back through the internal vents . It was amusing to see them fly out of the windscreen inlet.
Very useful implements when used with imagination.

I agree a little imagination goes a long way.

Grandson was sitting in an office chair that rotates.

Nothing like a jet powered office chair. It started out slow and got to
spinning so fast he had to stop.

Never tried it, but I thought it make a fast a jet powered 3 wheel
bicycle.

I have the same model George and love it. Super handy and light with more power than I tbought it would have. Used mine for a bunch of things, but haven't tried interior detailing yet !

I've a big Sthil petrol blower at the farm , the slasher [ brush hog ] gets a clean after use with it as well as the deck of the big ride on mower . Much better than using water , no rust , no dust , no clippings .

Great for cleaning out gutters. You do have to get on the roof to do it though. The other thing I use mine for is starting my burn pile. I have a piece of pipe is just big enough to get the end of the blower in. I poke the pipe into the burn pile as I light it and run the blower. It will really light a fire up! Kind of like a blast furnace.

Leaves getting in your vehicle vent system can result in a fire. I almost lost a Ford ranger because the
hood vent slats didn?t have a screen to prevent leaves from entering.

Those steel roofs can get awful slick after you've used a blower to clean out the gutters...didn't think I was EVER gonna get down.

Fred,
Gravity scares me. At my age cleaning rain gutters could be deadly. A slick metal roof is more scary.

Sometimes I leave gutters off buildings and landscape so water has to run away from building, not towards.

Old pole barn has 1 ft eves and water falls in flower bed. New barn will have 1 ft eves and rain water will fall in white rock to minimize splashing dirt on metal.

Works great for "drying" the car after "washing" it with the pressure washer.
