To convert a tractor loader to quick attach I believe you weld a quick attach plate to to the loader and then weld another plate to the bucket or forks or whatever implement...

My question the plate you attach to the loader would the plate that you buy for an Allis Chalmers as a plate you buy IH?

The adapter plate needs to be for whatever model loader you have. That way the pin spacing and size are correct as well as the pivot geometry

Look at Hayspear. Com. They have several quick attach varieties. They also can custom built them.

They make universal mounting plates that fit most all loaders. The pin spacing brackets are adjustable along with dump cylinder configuration. The front face with quick tach feature is SAE std. and the standard QT bucket plate welds to the back of your bucket after you cut off the old mounting hardware.------------Loren
