It is either a #2 or a #3 di-acro bender. I have one in the barn. If you know anyone with a metal lathe, all the parts can be made easily. That is a real
find, it is easily worth $3000.00. The fixture on it now is a pipe bender. I had several when I taught shop in various schools. The Cadillac of benders.
Again, WOW! Ellis

Had one in the welding shop,
used it a lot. Very good for
bending smaller stuff. Wish I
still had it.

Use a Di-Arco bender many times when I worked at Southeastern Rack. We built racks for the paint and plating industry. Everything from racks to hold ear ring studs for plating to John Deere combine parts for painting.

They were used more for bending solid stock (round, square flat) rather than tubing. If he has all or most of the dies he would be able to bend just about anything into any shape he could dream up.

Used. $500 and up depending on the condition and dies that come with it.

With the right die, you can bend tubing on those if you fill the tubing with table salt first. Or fine sand. Years ago I made gauge C-springs (Bourdon tubes) for pressure gauges on one.
