What are these tools?

Picked up an organizer bin at a garage sale, it was full of jewelry making stuff (necklace links, cufflinks, silver solder, decorative rivets) and these two press like tools.....

not sure of the scale on these -- large enough for driving out a chainsaw chain rivet??

About 2&1/2" overall, that notch is about 1/8" so not big enough for anything like a chainsaw rivet.

They press metal watch band links together or apart. Used a similar borrowed tool when I accidentally tore up my Seiko band.
