Got a Harbor Freight US General tool box for Chirstmas Got the 44 inch roll around and 44 top chest. For the money this a good buy. Drawers pull all the way out on ball bearing slides. Drawer handle have place to put labels on for what's in drawer. Most others I looked at did not have this figure. Box is pretty heavy duty. If your looking for new box check out these before you buy.

We got my daughter the 30" with the tray under it.
We were thinking of getting her a tool box for Christmas
anyway when she saw the bright green box. It appealed to
her thirteen year old girly side.
When we put it together I was impressed.
It feels as good as my Craftsman middle of the line boxes that
I paid a lot more for.

I've had one for several years, one of the older wrinkle finish red ones. Great boxes, upper and lower, with one exception:
The urethane treads on the casters is coming off. Went to move it for the first time in a couple of years, and all the tread came off one wheel, others are cracked. So, can't move it until I fix that. And it is really heavily loaded.
If I'd have thought of that before loading it up, it would have got a set of steel wheels first.
That's typical of all things rubber or plastic from China I guess. I also had a set of urethane band saw tires disintegrate last year. They were fairly new replacements on an older Delta saw.

kencombs - I had to do that with a large fully loaded Base Cabinet years ago. I used 1 foot lengths of 2x4's along with wedges cut from 2x4's, and placed diagonally under the corners of the cabinet. Then I unbolted the old casters and installed the new ones, and then removed the blocks.

Not much difference between my Snap-On box and my H-F box except the Snap-on cost 3 grand.
