Here's a HF one for under $40 that looks like it matches. Have had good luck with most of HF's Pittsburgh stuff for what I paid, though the ratchet is usually the first to go in my experience. Can probably fit a decent one in the same spot in the case if necessary.

No problem--for another $13 you can pick up a set of deep-well 3/8" metric impact sockets. Don't look to be in a case, but if you've only got to handle one rail (and I agree--rails in a truck kit can be a pain) it might not be that bad. Only a couple bucks to pick up a cheapie plastic "organizer" case for them if needed--the Plano or similar ones meant for fishing tackle are VERY handy for such things--I've got a bunch of them I've filled with stuff like electrical butt connectors and common fastener assortments ready so I can just grab the case and go.

HF sets, cheap, work good and when someone else thinks they own them, you aren't out big dollars.
