Ever feel like....

I post a lot of my pictures and daily adventures on facebook to share with family and friends. Most of the posts never get a comment until 9:30 or 10. By this point today I have feed cows, bottle feed a calf, filled 2 water tanks, unthawed an automatic waterer, drove another 5 miles to water and feed the bulls and contacted a landlord in regards to a conservation project we are working on. Now I am cleaned up and headed to Church, ever feel like you accomplish more by breakfast than some people do in a week?

When I was a district manager, I always tried to meet the dealer with the most difficult problems for breakfast before he got loaded up with the problems of the day. We could accomplish more in a half-hour then than we could accomplish in 3-4 hours in the afternoon.

I did not feel one bit guilty about getting my work done in an hour or less and taking the rest of the day off; the company business was done, the dealer was happy and I was happy.

'yawn' what did you say, what time is it? lol...personally i don't use face-book, twitter, etc, YT is enough for me to read what in the tractor news and some personal things,,while some are sleeping, I'm pounding the dark roads of the interstate, when i get home, some think i just got up...what they don't know....

You sound like an energetic young man, just need to learn to manage a little better. Cows should feed the calf water tanks can fill themselves and not freeze. 10mi. round trip to the bulls? You are filling your time with chores not accomplishing so much except the Conservation program. Just an observation my banker made over40years ago about ME!
