hand carry torch set

I have a set. Like Kent said, very handy.

But, it has some limitations. For remote jobs or occaisional, light use, they are hard to beat. For constant use, you will change a lot of tanks.

Up in the Philly, PA. area, somebody found a use for it. Seems they go around the back of little conveniance stores late at night, sledge hammer a hole in the wall, then go in and use the little torch kit to cut open the ATM cash machines you see everywhere. They have hit a bunch of stores in the area. Jack

They are very handy but only for really remote jobs. The tanks don't last long and when you compare the cost to fill the small tanks to larger ones, you'll find you pay through the nose to fill the small ones. Dave

I used to carry one in the tow-truck and still have it. The small tank costs as much as the larger one to fill, but it is real handy to have on the road.
