I reinstalled the clutch mechanism and pulley. I do need a new grease cup but that can wait. Fuel and water she should run.

Pull the handwheel out and the pulley free-wheels.

Push it in and the engine drives the pulley.

Ouch. Maybe I was luckier than I thought. I got Hannah and the burr mill for 800.
