One side is done. Well, except for cutting in the slot for the wooden key and drilling for the 6 inch lag bolt that holds the metal hub onto the wooden spindle.

I can't tell you how much the encouragement means. I've been eating sawdust today but can see the end. Got a late start because I waited for it to warm to 38 then a buddy stopped by with his own project.
