Wisconsin H4VD Piston Ring Gap

My Bobcat 610 blew a head gasket so I removed the cylinder block(broke 5 head bolts). I checked my ring gap and it was .086. The bores were 3.45 at the uncut ridges and 3.50 down in the cylinders. Im guessing I have .020 bored out cylinders and someone put standard rings on the pistons. There was some blowby at the breather tube. Should I get .020 oversized rings?
