I recently picked up a UB 220 stationary engine,Im looking for a water pump.
Also the serial number is 5966,wonder if any could tell me when it was built.

I can't help you with the age.

As to the waterpump, unless it's missing or badly broken it can be rebuilt.

I've linked a (.pdf) version of the parts catalog below that can be viewed or downloaded and saved and printed as needed.

The IH # for a complete waterpump is 78984R91, if you GOOGLE that it leads to waterpumps used on IH trucks in the 50's - 60's era. I believe the truck engines had a block that wasn't as tall as their tractor cousins.
