Ih engine help

I just picked this one up tonight. In the pic its sitting on a oval piece. He said it was a stand but I cant find any pics of how it works. Anyone seen one before? Got pics? He was under the impression the part is rare to find.

Never seen one on a stand. Not sure it is an original IHC part. I would take it off and let it set on the runners.

Thank you. It's not mounted on it. Just the way the seller took the picture.
I'm trying to decide if I want to keep the engine
May try to start it and sell it. I see it is missing a few parts and gas tank needs repaired or replaced.
