We are looking for a source for parts for this unit. It has a 6 hp Tecumseh engine from mid 80s we think. Bought used, no manual to use for
ref. Engine needs mag. plus other items . Any sources of parts out there or place to get info? Thanks for any help---

I've been working on an older K181 8hp Kohler, google and eBay are your friends -

can you find some numbers on the engine? a make/model number in google search will turn up resources and an eBay search with the make/model will likely return quite a few hits - 'Jack's small engines' will likely have an exploded view with part numbers - I found a repair manual for the Kohler online, likely one exists for your Tecumseh

Post in in the garden tractor forum and you will get more info. I junk that T engine on m 1972 Troy built tiller 30 plus years ago. I have my dads troy that he got in 1972 and we replaced the engine with a Koler.

Any other engine, and you will not have a reverse. Unless you design and build one.
