I have a Wisconsin engine aenld starts and runs good after about 10minutes it starts to labor and stops leave it set for 5 minutes a it will start but only runs a couple minute and starts laboring and shut off again I put new rings in it today but still does yeh same thing

Could be the vent in the fuel tank or tank cap is plugged. Have you tried running it with the cap loosen - to allow air to enter the tank?

yes my cap is loose thanks for the reply but I,m sure the motor tightens up when it stops it hard to turn it over for a few minutes I noticed the intake tube had frost on it when it stoped

Does your fuel tank have a sediment bowl and cut off under the tank? If so you prolly need to take all that off and apart and clean it all good.
Sounds like it is starving for fuel and that's a good place to start. If fuel is restricted there it will run for short term then cut off. I had one just a
few days ago doing the same thing.

I had a Case power unit that did that years ago. Took it apart and found the oil holes under the bottom ring were full of carbon. Cleaned them out and problem went away.
