Ran a couple years ago when started with a drill. Only had 30# comp. Installed new rings in rebuilt head. New air valve, seat and spring and new gaskets. Will sometimes start "today", but not "tomorrow". If it starts and runs and you shut if off it will not start again till it"s ready (seems like anyway). Remove carburetor and the pick up tube is full of gas and gas is in the crank case, so it"s getting gas that far, just does not get gas to the plug. Intake and exhaust port in head are clean as clean can be. New plug and points are set at .020. Spark is not the greatest, but is enough to start and run. Evan when it will not start it has spark on the plug...Just no GAS. It has gas in the pick up tube and gas in the crank case and "sometimes" gas to the plug, but, not every time. Why? Seems like a simple fix, I just can"t fix it yet.
