If the sum total of the photos exceeds 7.5 MB or so, they will fail. On modern phones, 1 photo can be that or higher depending on the resolution settings on the phone. This is most likely the difficulty. There are apps you can put on phones to make them smaller. I don't know those apps myself because I load them on my computer and resize before I upload them to the web. I have had folks send me the photo they are trying to upload and I resize it for them. On iPhones, just emailing the photo, even to yourself downsizes the it to something more realistically sized. There are setting on the phones that will not take them in such high resolution, but sadly, since the phone makers compete to have the best quality images (even though that quality is useless on the web) the default settings are absurdly large files.
You can email me the photo and I can check if it exceeds the maximum file size if you don't know how to check the filesize. Email is support at yesterdaystractors.com.
