Tafe 35di hydraulic steering cylinder seals

Hello everyone, I need help finding a hydraulic cylinder seal kit, for a 94-96 Tafe 35di 390 hrs. I tried searching the net but, 9 out of 10 results are trying to sell me a new or used tractor. I know there isn't a lot of info on older Tafe tractors, (compared to name brand), on the net and Tafe India wont answer my email. If I search the make, (SEA HYDROPOWER (INDIA) PVT LTD), I steering cylinders for boats. I did find a lot of links trying to sell me a MF steering conversion kit but, I cant afford it and, the similar model MF's cross reference just about everything but the steering cylinder. ok, enough rambling, the output rod measures .984 inch or 24.993 mm. The cylinder is 2.363 inches or 60.0202 mm. There has to be someone that makes a kind of universal seal kit that goes by size instead of make and model. I'm attaching pics of cylinder and ID plate.
Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated
PS, I have the Tafe 35, 45di shop/service manual in pdf if anyone needs it.

You probably don't want to have the tractor ''down'', but if you can't find a kit you'll have to pull the cylinder apart and buy the seals individually from a nearby hydraulic shop or check with Baum Hydraulics in Omaha.

They are good at matching up seals, or look at their on-line catalog, there's a wide variety of seals listed by design and dimensions.

There's quite a variety of other suppliers on the 'net, as well.

First, take the cylinder apart and inspect everything to be sure it is repairable.

Then carefully remove the seals, clean them up and label the positions and sizes. That is a metric cylinder. Round your measurements to the nearest mm.

H&D Distributors in Dallas has an extensive stock of seals and orings. They have a program that allows you to copy and print a free shipping label, and mail the samples in. They generally ship them back the same day. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Much cheaper than buying a kit that may not fit!

Thank yall very much for the replies and information!!
I will have to wait until I get my Rye and Wheat planted to take the cylinder apart and send them to H&D Distributors, (if its repairable). I want to get the right parts the first time. I was leaking more fluid with the tractor off than running. I realized after shutting down I could turn the steering wheel and relieve enough pressure to almost stop it dripping from the weep hole.

About two years ago I paid a tractor repair in Elleville, Ga. (Brewers Tractor) to rebuild my 35 DI steering cylinder. They sent it to a place in Albany, Ga. that did the re-build. There were no issues so it must be rather easy to do. Now with new hydraulic lines it did cost me around $500.

This year while starting to cut my 1,000 yards of power line to plant food plots for hunting, the front drag link screwed itself out. Got help to hold it and screwed it back in. Worked the tractor hard for two days after that and it is fine.

Now dealing with replacing the worn drag links on the cylinder. I have some new steering rods with a single straight link on one end so assume they will fit both ends of the cylinder.
