EvapoRust, did it change?

I bought a new gallon today. The CRC logo appears on the label and it's water-clear, not the old brown. Anybody know about this?

It's always be clear as long as I'been buying it (admitedly only a couple of years). And as long as I've been buying it it's always been a rather lousy rust remover. It's ok-ish for very light surface rust, but not great even for that. Phosphoric acid/naval jelly/millstone remover has always worked far better. Unfortunately evap-o-rust is a lot easier to find in stores.
