Splitting a Ford 4000 industrial HD full subframe

I am having clutch and throw out bearing problems. The tractor has to be split unfortunately. Any ideas on how to do this with the full subframe? The backhoe and scoop are still attached. Do I need to remove them? Looking at it the subframe ties both halves together. I have a service manual ordered. Thanks. New to the forum. What I have read it seems like Tony or John are the experts in this area

It sounds like what you have is a four cylinder, but it would be a good starting point to post whether it is a three or four cylinder because there are so many different 4000s.
