Tractor starts without hesitation, runs great. Fuel is getting oil, coming out breather tube, at idle a small drip, the more throttle the more flow out of breather tube. Tractor has sat for 5 weeks without starting in warm weather as was not using it. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you saying the crankcase is overfull and the oil is diluted by fuel?

If so, STOP running it and fix the problem and change the oil before starting it again.

The common causes of this would be a failed fuel lift pump or a leaking injection pump shaft seal, and I don't think your tractor has a lift pump, so that would leave the injection pump leaking into the crankcase as the cause.

well thank u. I'm not using it I was stating what it is doing tractor is parked I don't want to loose the motor. One gentleman suggested a lift pump and I thanked him for that another on another forum suggested a stuck injector so I am looking into both suggestions. Do u have a suggestion besides don't use it. Thank u v

Unless it has a lift pump on it (which I don't see in the parts catalogs) the problem (as I wrote before) is most likely the injection pump driveshaft seal and you will need to remove the injection pump and have it checked out at a diesel injection equipment service shop and resealed/repaired as needed.

As I'm sure you are aware removing and replacing it will involve attention to detail as to the timing.

Best to have a good Shop Manual at hand before attempting this.

Injection pump drive seal needs replaced, MIGHT also need the main housing bushings replaced if worn so shaft stays centered for seal to hold. I have a pump apart now
for the same trouble.
