Ok here's the problem IH 3414 the 3 point hitch will go down but not back up. If it does its very slow. Once up it will stay up. I need to get it to work better than it does. It has a front end loader that works fine with good lighting power. I just can't get the back hydraulic to work better. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also checked the bypass valve it was screwed in when I got the tractor but I opened it turning it out but it is very slow if it moves at all. Could the valve be stuck? Thanks for your help
