i am new here but i need a rim quick any help would be helpful i have got a rusted out front rim the other front rim is ok i was wondering if this rim would fit and match my front rim

how can i measure my exiting rim
the pilot hole which i believe is the hole that sits on the front hub is about 4 and half inches in diameter
how do i measure the bolt pattern ?
the rubber on the rim says 6.00 x 16
