Ford jubilee tractor starts, but doesn't like 2 stay ru

Ford jubilee tractor stars well, but does not like to stay running - particularly when under brush hog load.
It has new gas line, carburetor, and new electronic ignition. Good spark, good gas flow...What could be the problem?
- Does have an oil leak ..apparently it was serviced/ rebuilt ( according to seller), and they did not properly gasket where the 2 halves of the body meet (not divulged, but presumed based on what I see)

Where are you checking for good gas flow? You have
to check for it out of the drain on the bottom of the
carburetor. This is the only way to tell how much fuel is
actually getting into the carburetor for the engine to
use. If you are checking it out the line at the carb you
still do not know if it is getting inside. A likely cause of
your problem may be the fine screen on the fitting
where the gas line connects to the carburetor, see link.
The fitting will need removed to clean it. Your
description of where the oil is leaking is not real clear.
Are you talking about the dividing line at the back of
the engine where it meets the rest of the tractor? If so
that could be the oil pan gasket or the seal on the
crankshaft.

at the carb fuel drain plug ...gas pours out very freely. - leak seems to be where engine meets the transmission ..I thought they probably did not gasket there...there are also missing bolts there. I added a nee one to see if that might help , but it did little to no noticeable help.

There is not supposed to be a gasket there, because there is not supposed to be any oil in there. That is where your clutch is and oil will keep it from holding. The leak is either from the back of the motor or the front of the transmission. Be sure that it is free to drip out. How long does the gas keep running strongly from the carburetor drain?
