9N exhaust pipe rusted thru, fell off

Pretty much out of the blue, the exhaust pipe on my 9N fell off. Also noticed the exhaust manifold has a couple of rusty holes in it.

1) Anybody know the part numbers I need to order new parts? I have trouble figuring out which parts are which.

2) Anybody have any ideas on temporary ways to attach the exhaust pipe?

Only place I'll shop... and I found the parts, thanks!

(quoted from post at 16:49:13 06/05/23) Oof that's tough. If your manifold has
holes in it that sucker must've had salt
poured on it by a jealous person.

Nope, short run times does that. Water is a product of combustion, and if the motor doesn't come up to operating temp and stay there for a little while the water stays there feeding the rust.

Your Essential Manuals are a big help. Don't own a set? Get them. Best investment you can make. The N muffler and pipe assmeb;y is sold everywhere - p/n 8N 5230. Forget
any quick-fix, band-aid job. Do the job right the first time. Heck even tsc used to stock them. While you are at it, get a new clamp, large end goes down, and a new
hangar. Might even be time to replace the manifold as well. See if you get any exhaust coming from manifold, around #4 cylinder mainly as that wears the fastest. If you
do that job, be sure you know how. 7/16 STUDS, BRASS HEX NUTS, new manifold with teh3 gaskets. All parts available at LINK below.

FYI, It would appear the Link (possibly to a competitor's parts website?) you posted is blocked in Classic and has caused your entire post in Modern to be blocked.

I guess you haven't kept up with times, the owners of this site sold out in last year or so to
All State Ag Parts...

I expect that Allstate still figures on sales of parts to pay for this site, otherwise it would have been shut down.

Since All State Ag Parts acquired YT as one of their branches, I have to believe All State Ag Parts is now the host, if not the owner of this website now, even thought Kim and Chris maintain the site. So, it is likely purchases from YT or All State Ag Parts support the site.
