Bought an old 64 Massey 202 workbull, with backhoe and loader. Trying to get some of the major issues fixed up before spring.
What started as a bad exhaust pipe, has ended with the manifold being shot, large holes and one flange missing. It is a wonder with the gas leak it had, it never burnt to the ground.
So my question is do the intake and exhaust manifolds come apart, or is there a special trick to get them apart? No matter which way I turn it, and I have tried for over an hour, the carb flange will not turn enough to get it through the hole in the exhaust manifold. I see the flange on carb manifold has been welded, and maybe they shortened in enough tht it cannot be turned enough, not sure..
