Idler Bracket

Looking for some suggestions on the best way to repair a broken bracket on my John Deere 30 Combine. Hoping to harvest a few acres of wheat with this machine in the coming weeks. I had the machine ready to go when I noticed the sheave idler bearing was seized. When I went to remove it the threaded portion of the stud broke. Maybe someone can share some wisdom and provide me with an easy option for repairing.

How about a photo so we don't have to try to imagine what you've got?

Based on what you HAVE said, grinding a taper on what's left and doing the same on a length of matching All Thread, then welding them together is my suggestion.

Might have to cut it back a bit more, if threads are needed at the point it's broken.

I tried to post a picture with my first post, but the message board wouldn't allow me to. It continues to give me a language filter error until I removed the photo.
