Decided to upgrade 1939 9N to electronic ignition after many failed attempts to get tractor started after replacing points, condenser, cap, rotor, coil and after upgrade with PerTronix kit, still non starting,anything that I have not considered, even have a new battery? Resistor needing replaced?
