Super 77 clutch shaft stuck

Been working on this super 77. Trying to work on the clutch. The clutch shaft will not come out of the bearing. The bell housing will not go over the coupler splines. I
thought the shaft was stuck in the clutch disk so took bell housing loose and was able to get the pressure plate loose and it changed nothing. By using a slide hammer
the shaft will move about 1/16 of an inch. The motor is out and all that happens is the motor moves. It Is definitely the shaft stuck in the bearing. Any ideas on how to
get this out.

I wonder if it's worn a groove in the splines? Can you turn it just a little bit one way or the other then pull back? The throw out bearing slides on a tube and they don't really have a pilot bearing,it's just a brass pilot bushing. That wouldn't be hung up if the shaft will turn inside it.

We got it apart. We could slide the bell housing back enough to get the bolts out of the pressure plate. Then slide the clutch plate back far enough to get the bolts holding the bearing loose. There was a lip of metal on the end of the clutch shaft from being pushed to far forward. I mess up putting the small bolt into the coupler and it went in front of the shaft instead of the hole in the shaft. Thanks to Mark Korves of Korves brothers for giving me an idea we?re to look for what had pushed the shaft forward.
