Switzerland? Couldn't stop my fingers, sorry. :) You are really up for a challenge aren't you!

I gave two of them away a few years ago when I moved out of New York. That looks like a late 1930s machine with a 3 HP engine. The later
ones are more common with bigger engines that go up to 10 HP.

I still have a few, but used to have a barn full of them.

I suspect you can find used parts if patient. Main problem is - these old tillers often get scrapped instead of parted out.

I used to buy parts from a dealer in the USA but the last time I did that was in 1984. They are probably long gone. Frazer Farm Equipment,
1919-23 South Wayne Street, PO Box 391, Auburn, Indiana, 46706. Phone in 1984 was 219-925-2210.

problem there is I'm in the UK so shipping would be a brute. But I would do it if customer happy. Until I find a supplier of parts should we need them. We can't build a budget for restoration.

Yes, it has a two-stroke-cycle engine. Takes a 6%-8% mix. That is 13 to 1 up to 16 to 1 ratio. Note those are the specs in the 1930s but the
newer ones in the 80s still used a 16 to 1 mix ratio.

Looks a lot like a Frazier tiller I have and it is 2 stroke and a bear to start but once running does a very good job

Here are the original oil-mix instructions from 1936.

Roughly translates to "With each Rototiller, there is a cup-gauge for the oil, marked with two lines, one with indication 6%, the other 8%.
This cup of oil is filled to the mark 6% or 8% mark, and this quantity of oil is poured into five liters of gasoline. Then mix it
thoroughly."

thanks all. We are making space for the machine now. Looking forward to starting the work.
As a foot note...What plug is it please?

Assuming it has a spark plug with 18 mm threads, 1/2" reach and takes a 1" wrench? Originally it would of been a Champion COM-6. That then
subbed to a Champion K-15J. Now a K13 or a D14.
