I bought a 79 case 580c had reverse when i bought it but no forward. So I figured it needed clutches. Took apart the shuttle and it had a broken bevell spring. Clutches looked brand new. Order new spring, gasket kit and put it back together. Still no forward. My diagram show the bevell spring sitting on a snap ring. If its up on the out rigger the wheel move forward. Once on the ground nothing. Reverse has 145 psi in reverse and 0 in forward. Need help
