If you have rusty parts small enough to fit into a bucket.. just fill the bucket with vinegar, stick em in there overnight or even for about 4 hrs and the rust will come right off like 'we the people.'
Found an old pair of vice grips or needle nose plyers that your beautiful wife or one of your kids left outside again and now their all rusted to death? Stick em in the vinegar and walah! Just like new again.
You may have to brush them off a bit in the vinegar before you rinse but you'll be amazed with the end result.
