I recently purchased my first tractor, an old 9N. The 3-point will not raise unless I engage the PTO. After the tractor sits for a while, the hydraulics bleed down and my brush hog lowers to the ground. I can't raise it without either spinning the blades or disconnecting the shaft. Any help?
