Farmall 560 power

I have a farmall 560 I am thinking of repowering to pull against my daughter, she pulls 7000# with a 460 and a built c301 making 125 ish horse at 2000 rpm we both will be held at 2000 rpm max . I have a D312 and 5.9 cummins 24 valve early one. Would ether engine do any good at this

Some places won't allow repowers with an engine that wasn't in the line of succession like the Cummins. Might check around if it matters where your going to be pulling.
