Navarre OH 12 mph class

We'll probably run I-80 through Chicago. 83 miles further going through Indy for us.

Stop by and say HI. Just ask for Mel. Somebody will point you in my direction.

If I make it, I'll try to look ya up.
I've got a good bit of plowing to do, now that the corn is chopped....lol, but I haven't been to many pulls this year, and this one is about as close as they get to me, so it wont take much for me to park the plow and come over for part of the day !

Mel is a heckuva puller, - those two cylinders work overtime creating niose, power and speed. He has to have velcro on the seat to hold Him down. Good Luck to you all that travel East.

I was looking forward to meeting the msd fellow .

I also missed out , I met a fellow pulling a 460 . I wished got his name . He had a lot suggestions for my
Farmall C . A missed opportunity , was loading up the tractor when he came by . Should never be in a hurry to leave .

I've thought a seat belt would be ok a couple of times when it gets to doing bad things at the end of a tough pull. Thought I was going to run into the concrete block at the end in this one. People in the resuraunt watching the pull started scattering when I got that close.
Whooo

Was nice getting to visit with you also. One thing about the NATPA pulls and others I am sure also is the fellowship and good people you meet up with. No matter what color of tractor, we all seem to have s common bond or sickness as some would say. We all had a good time and the weather was fantastic. The Spillman family put on a very good pull.l Thanks to them again for all their hard work. We just got back about 9:15 Sunday night. 14.5 hours today and 5 yesterday to make the trip back. Now to sit back with a cool one and rest up.

Glad you made it home ok ,I was going to ask ,you beat me to it.

I forgot to ask what gage metal sheet do you use for inside diameter of your rim ? Thanks

Always forget to ask , so many questions ,another fellow fill me in on the A and G crankshaft you had .

Good sized rig you have how many tractors can you get on it ?

Not sure on the rim gauge. I will ask the boys what it is for sure. We can get 4 on the trailer with a golf cart pretty easily if we don't get carried away with extras like tires and parts tractors. Did you notice the hoppers under the floor boards where we store weights? Works pretty slick.

Yes ! I did notice the storage , excellent idea . Thanks for bringing that up For attention to details make for more better ,quick weight change out to get ready for next class . A lot less time wasted ,more time spent on important details.
I cant change weights faster enough to compete in more classes , but as I get going , I will use the crane on the nephews Dodge Ram 2500
Flat bed to change axle weight(150#) on the Farmall . I cant lift them safely by myself , the crane has 360 rotation and boom extension to swings weight right over and on axle with joy stick . Truck use to load heavy propellers for repairs in Miami Florida . Work great for axles weights or even wheels .
Thanks your storage idea will work nicely for that .
